As teachers we must be careful because everything we do will be an example for students. Learning patterns that are stressful and create a depressed atmosphere must be avoided, there should be no verbal or physical violence against students. But now teachers have to be more careful because if they do something wrong, it can be fatal and can threaten their career as a teacher.

Through the hands of teachers who are critical, creative, and innovative, it will give birth to intelligent generations who can compete in global competition. The rapid flow of information, and increasingly rapid technological developments certainly make some people unprepared to face these conditions. Therefore, teachers must appear to spearhead change and provide provisions for students to be able to adapt to changing times like today.
It is undeniable that a developed nation is a nation whose quality of education is advanced. Changes and stages of development of a country can not be separated from the role of education in it. To realize a good quality of education, of course, cannot be separated from the role of a teacher. Therefore, improving the quality of teachers can be done through workshops, technical guidance, training, seminars, workshops, as well as professional organizations such as MGMP and KKG.

So the teacher also acts as a liaison between generations. Given the importance of the role of teachers in the future, as teachers must prepare and equip themselves with various kinds of competencies so that in the future they can play a role in facing challenges and changing times.
